On March 9th Birch Run Golf Club will be re-opening its doors to tee off another amazing season.

Hours of Operation at The Hillcrest, OH

Check out our new hours of operation!

Due to weather and daylight our hours will be 9 am – 6 pm Monday – Sunday until the season starts back up.

Once the season starts and we are open full time, our hours of business will be as follows:

 7am -9pm, Monday-Sunday

We would like for all golfers to be off the course and carts returned by 9pm to ensure proper closing measures are taken.

As the daylight changes and shifts, we will too. Any updates made to our hours will be known to you all.

Closed Dates

Clouse House would like to announce  a few upcoming dates at our courses.

 

Hillcrest will be closed on December 23rd and 24th.

Loudon Meadows will be closed for the season starting on December 24th.

 

We thank you all for your endless support during our golf season and wish you many happy holidays.  We look forward to another wonderful season in 2024!

Closing Day – Birch Run

Birch Run Golf Club is sad to announce it’s closing day for the 2023 season.

 

Over the years, this course has been a source of joy for countless golf enthusiasts, fostering camaraderie and unforgettable memories. We extend our deepest gratitude to the community for their support and shared passion for the sport, and we cherish the moments we’ve spent together on these fairways.

 

Birch Run will close it’s course on 11/19 after the last tee time at 3:30pm.

Thank you to everyone who has helped make the 2023 season one to remember.
