On March 9th Birch Run Golf Club will be re-opening its doors to tee off another amazing season.
Dust off your clubs, call your golf buddies, and hit the greens!

Due to weather and daylight our hours will be 9 am – 6 pm Monday – Sunday until the season starts back up.
Once the season starts and we are open full time, our hours of business will be as follows:
7am -9pm, Monday-Sunday
We would like for all golfers to be off the course and carts returned by 9pm to ensure proper closing measures are taken.
As the daylight changes and shifts, we will too. Any updates made to our hours will be known to you all.

Hillcrest will be closed on December 23rd and 24th.
Loudon Meadows will be closed for the season starting on December 24th.

Birch Run will close it’s course on 11/19 after the last tee time at 3:30pm.

We wanted to announce to all that the driving range affiliated with Hillcrest Golf Club will be closing down for the year on November 6th. The last day to use the range for 2023 will be November 5th.
We’ll miss you and we look forward to seeing you all next year!

Men: White tees
Women: Black tees
Seniors: Red tees
Entry fee: $30 (paid by day of event) $30 into prize fund
Skins: $10 additional
Payouts: Division prizes will be awarded in golf course certificates
We would like to let all of our patrons know that the Hillcrest will be closed at 3pm Friday October 27th due to a cross country championship meet. We will re-open around 3pm on Saturday October 28th.
